Mr. M. Baskaradas is the General Manager of SecureGuard Security Services Co-operative Ltd and one of the Licensees of the agency. A retired Senior Officer with 37 years of combined service in the Singapore Police Force and the Auxiliary Police Force, he brings a depth of operational expertise that informs every aspect of how SecureGuard runs.

His day-to-day leadership translates regulatory standards and Board direction into the consistent, disciplined operational practice for which SecureGuard is known. He is also a long-standing member of the Security Committee of the Hindu Endowment Board, applying his security-industry experience to community service.

Together, the Chairman and General Manager combine over six decades of senior public-service experience — a foundation that places SecureGuard among the most operationally credible security cooperatives in Singapore.
