How We Deliver Every Assignment
Assignment Standing Instructions
For every assignment, we prepare a site-specific Assignment Standing Instructions document — a complete operating manual for the post. Contents are discussed and agreed with the client before deployment. One copy is kept on-site so officers are fully conversant with their duties; a second copy is kept in our 24-hour Command Centre so Controllers and Management can refer to it at any time.
Officer Screening
Every officer is screened with the PRD before recruitment and must hold a valid PRD Security Licence. Applicants without continuous employment histories receive additional checks. We do not deploy any officer who has not been verified as suitable.
Training
Every officer receives structured on-the-job training as their introduction to the company and the work site, followed by appropriate in-house and external courses to ensure full familiarity with site-specific requirements. All officers complete Recognise Terrorist Threats (RTT) and Refresher/Table-top Training delivered by Professional Accredited Training Organisations (ATOs), covering basic firefighting, suspicious vehicle/person identification, and bomb threat response.
Officer Welfare & Eligibility
We recruit personnel between the ages of 21 and 62, with continued service permitted up to 75 years, subject to medical certification. Our personnel benefits package includes medical consultation, hospitalisation support, death and incapacitation cover, progressive annual leave, child care leave, maternity leave, and paternity leave — plus eligibility for TCC cooperative member benefits such as education loans, bursaries and scholarships, housing loans, savings incentives, medical incentives, personal loans, and dividends on savings.
